Fairmont Jakarta

Such a strategic location that i had to choose to stay here for a concert venue thats 5mins away via walking! Right from the start the security staff at the main entrance was friendly and welcoming and upon checking in, front desk staff Ms Suci attended to us and got us all set. I didnt get to thank her the next day during checkout for such a lovely room. Thank you Suci! Since the concert required us to print out our tix, we asked for concierge’s help to print is out. Pak Romi attended to us and assisted with all the different documents. Thanks once again Bu Suci, Pak Romi, Pak Arif and all of Fairmont staff that has helped us from the start till the end of out stay. Will definitely be choosing Fairmont for if theres any concert nearby in the future 🫶🫶

This is my second stay at Fairmont Jakarta, and I still absolutely love it. The service from the staff remains excellent. A special thanks to ARY for the outstanding hospitality. The room was elegant and well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast: a delightful spread with a wide variety of high-quality options, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

Good breakfast buffet in spectrum restaurant! Stay for 3 day and always have special menu different everyday! My favorite is sushi, siomay bandung and their custom fresh juice! thank you for the good service and hospitality team keep up the good work

I just checked out in the hotel today and I must say, i had the best experience so far. The ambiance is so cozy, the room is very spacious, i have everything i need, and most of all, indonesian people are so gracious. I guess the goodness of the people made my stay very comfy and enjoyable. Special thanks to Surya who accommodate my every questions. Fairmont is highly recommended! :)

By far, this is the most comfortable hotel in Jakarta for family with toddlers. I stayed for 4d3n in Lebaran days and they moved the breakfast spot in their ballroom. They also had kids playground near the ballroom, so after the kids ate their breakfast, they could easily go to the playground. The foods were tasty, but I hope that the selection of foods would be varied. The location is near the GBK stadium and Plaza Senayan. We could go to Plaza Senayan via tunnel. Their staffs were beyond friendly. Olivia and Dea were the most attentive staffs. They made my stay memorable.
