Beach service was lacking, the staff made us wait around an hour to be helped. They kept telling us to go to the pool because there were no available lounges on the beach even tho we saw guests pick up their belongings and leave. The staff insisted that the guests are still using the lounges. The cabanas were dirty, and once we did get lounges staff members gave us attitude when we politely asked for help. Our room was not cleaned till late afternoon and even then we had to wait for the cleaning lady to finish up. We needed to quickly get ready for our dinner reservations. We were helped out by a manger and told we had a free breakfast and airport transportation. But, when we checked out we were billed for the breakfast. I thankfully noticed before leaving and asked them to fix it.

This is the best customer service hotel I have event been to. My luggage was delayed in arriving and the hotel went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. From sending me all the essentials as well as helping me reconnect with my luggage in record time.

As usual, my stay was very special served by highly attentive staff with excellent selection of restaurants and lounges

Very nice hotel! service, food and ambience were all up to Four Season standard. We had a walk one evening around the hotel lot of neon light that looks nice on photos. If I would return to Bahrain I would for sure stay here again. Highly recommended.
