My Wife, our little dog and I stayed here for our 25th Wedding anniversary after passing many times but never staying! The hotel is beautiful and despite a problem with the room we booked,(building issue), the hotel dealt with it most amazingly. The room ended up with was spacious and very well presented. The room was clean, comfortable and inviting with everything you could wish for. From the moment we arrived we were met by Robin and the rest of the concierge team and looked after. Keeley and Rebecca couldn’t do enough for us. The rest of the staff were equally amazing! So why a four star rating you may wonder? Well this hotel advertises that is it dog friendly when it is only dog tolerant! We got quite fed up being told where we couldn’t go! This little guy is our world and goes everywhere with us, he is well behaved and not a bit interested in what we or others eat so doesn’t mither one bit. We couldn’t have breakfast with him, we could only eat in the posh Witherspoons with him which was too loud (the bar). On the night of our 25th Wedding Anniversary they wanted to put us in this bar with no tables, no noise suppression and loads of noisy people and kids just because we wanted him with us! The dog tolerant restaurant (La Vista) was closed for an invisible refurbishment. We checked and no work we could see during our four days at the hotel. We ended up driving into Glasgow for an Anniversary meal in a fantastic restaurant with our little guy! We were only told La Vista was closed one week before our arrival, yes we would have gone to another hotel with more notice! Having breakfast on our own like Lepers in the lounge because we wouldn’t leave him in the room, stood us out from everyone else and felt very like we weren’t wanted! Great hotel, lovely staff but definitely not dog friendly by a long way! Would we visit again, definitely not, not being dog FRIENDLY spoilt what should have been a fantastic stay!

My partner and I stayed for one night at Cameron House and it was a surreal experience. The property, facilities and overall atmosphere were exceptional throughout. However, what truly stood out was the service. A special thank you to John and Chris at concierge, Phillip at the bar, Jo and Martin on the Champagne Cruise, all of whom were professional, attentitve and welcoming. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay especially memorable. It was a top tier experience and one we look forward to repeating in the near future. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing stay on Loch Lomond. PS John (concierge) was spot on "one night wasnt enough!!

staying at Cameron House on Loch Lomond is, without doubt, my most favourite place to stay. From the moment you arrive, there’s a real sense of tranquillity and understated luxury. The setting is absolutely stunning, and the whole place just carries such lovely, calming vibes throughout. At the same time, there’s a fun, relaxed atmosphere that makes it feel special without ever feeling formal or stuffy. The hotel itself is finished to an incredibly high standard, with beautiful attention to detail everywhere you look. Even something as simple as having a cup of tea in the lounge feels like a treat — the crockery, the surroundings, everything is just so thoughtfully done. The food is excellent, with a great standard across the board, and there’s so much to enjoy on site. Having its own cinema is such a unique touch, the pool is lovely, and the spa experience is truly amazing — especially the infinity pool. The main spa is just a short distance from the hotel, and guests benefit from a discount, which is a great added bonus. On another visit, I met a family member and we booked a spa package, which was fantastic value — around £50 for three hours of spa access followed by a two course meal. The food was absolutely lovely and it made the whole experience feel even more special. What really completes the experience is the staff — always polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which makes such a difference. This is the kind of place that completely takes you away from the stresses of everyday life. I absolutely love staying here and would return again and again without hesitation.

We stayed as a valentines treat, opting to stay the night after valentines. Our suite in the Auld House was absolutely with stunning views over the loch and front of the hotel. Every detail of the room was perfect. We arrived Sunday lunchtime, having booked dinner at Cameron Grill. As we were walking past the Grill on our way to the pool we saw the Sunday Lunch menu featured Beef Wellington, a favourite of ours. We spoke with the Grill staff, who very kindly switched our booking to lunch instead. The beef wellington is the best we have ever had, including at other 5 star resorts. It was cooked to perfection, and the wine recommendation worked perfectly. The wellington is so special we would definitely travel just to have Sunday lunch! We had the most wonderful relaxing stay, from the moment we arrived until we checked out 24 hours later, every member of the team really did provide 5 star service. It felt as though we had been there so much longer. A special mention to Edgaras who we met on arrival and several times during our stay, he is so warm, welcoming and obliging and really went the extra mile. They say it's the people who make the place, Edgaras is the reason we have chosen to come back again and again...and now alongside Edgaras is the outstanding Beef Wellington!!

Spent a fantastic weekend in Cameron House hotel and Spa on beautiful Loch Lomond. The staff and facilities were superb and the staff helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Given the west of Scotland spring weather, the free valet parking was a bonus. The food was outstanding, dinner in Loma is highly recommended, and breakfast was brilliant. Our bedroom was luxurious and well appointed. A fantastic hotel which I highly recommend.
