Staff who will go the extra mile
I went here for birthday trip with my friends and we had the best time. the staff was excellent starting with Eric with such a warm welcome and helping anything we needed, Jay with such a smooth and easy check in process, and Shanir with his suggestions on things to do around the hotel and on the island as well. The rooftop pool dining experience with jomar was excellent Overall my experience was pretty good the only negative thing I have to say is Housekeeping does a wonderful job getting the room together however they took our washcloths after service and did not replace them so every day we had to call to have washcloths sent to our room

Amazing Staff
We had an amazing time! The staff Elvis, Eric Mendez, Hezeron, Maria, Kaiden and Josea at the bar and Elba (sp) from house keeping. Thank you all so much. You made our honeymoon so special. We are I’ll definitely be back. To Kenrol and Nick… thank you for the special care keeping us safe and healthy. To the concierge staff. Thank you for answering my questions before and during the trip. The food was delicious. Rooms were super clean. Our needs and wants were always met. You made us feel at home! Amazing time at Alaia!
This was an amazing trip. Eric was one of the best people you will meet and has the most inviting energy. Maria was also a joy to encounter! She was very helpful and attentive! This trip was for my birthday with my significant other and they made us feel very comfortable and answered all our questions and made things happen! 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect service!
We had an amazing time this week. We felt special the moment we booked. Jacky in reservations took great care of us when we hit a snag. Blanca was the most beautiful! She continued to serve us and get to know us even when we were the only ones on the beach. She continued the trek out to check on us even tho her main section was by the pool! Whe was amazing and even found us papaya! She was so great that we planned our day trip to secret beach on her day off! Her "brighten every moment" smile will be missed!
