Relaxing & Romantic
Feb was a great time to visit - not too crowded, not too hot, no kids. Every night - various fun themed events. Room: we opted for the ocean view vs the larger suite. A wonderful stay at this Autograph Collection hotel. The property is very clean, with scenic rooms that are comfortable and beautifully designed. The staff were professional and courteous throughout our stay. The pools are absolutely divine, and both the food and drinks were consistently excellent. A relaxing and high-quality experience overall without the booming overbearing music - smooth island vibes tunes. Special shout-out to Elvis; Martin; Menelia; Kem; our wonderful greeter and do many others

Transformational Experience
I have been to this hotel and when I tell you the customer service was so on point. From an islander to visiting another island I felt transported into another dimension. One manger in particular Akeil, hands off to you for an excellent job well done. Although it was business I will definitely be taking my family back soon.❤️❤️❤️

Amazing Alaia
Our stay was outstanding! We loved our room, the various pools, and the gorgeous views! San Pedro is such a special place! The tour of the Maya ruins and cave tubing was awesome inspiring experience, but a workout too! Love it here! The staff here is phenomenal!

Amazing
Wonderful resort with amazing staff! Shoutout to Eric at the front of the resort who helped with bags, loading and unloading and a smiling face every morning. We truly enjoyed our time at this amazing place.
