Customer Service is fantastic. Anna and Rachel are the best! Great conversation and they went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and hope to see them both again. They’re like family now! Just an all around great experience and Anna and Rachel were a big part of it. Thank you both!

#1 -- The first time I used the shower, there was no body wash in the wall mounted container and the tub did not drain. The next day, the faux cover in front of the sink fell off. Luckily, it missed my toes! #2: I was there with a friend who left the day before me. She called 2 hours after checking out to report she'd left her Kindle in the room. I attempted to retrieve it for her before I left. The front desk gave me the run around. First, they told me she should double check her bags for it. Then they said they could not check the room because another guest had checked into it. Then they said a housekeeping supervisor checks every room after a guest checks out, and they would have found it. Ironically, the "found" it weeks later and wanted to charge my friend to return it to her. #3: Three weeks later, I get charged an additional $60 with no explanation on the updated folio. The phone number provided in the email did not work. When I finally reach accounting, I'm told one of my meals was charged to another guest by mistake, and they're just now correcting the error. So, here's my bottom line. I enjoy the resort for its location to family and friends. I might have considered going back until the accounting situation on top of the Kindle situation. In neither instance, was the staff apologetic. Accounting could have apologized and waived the $60 as their mistake. Instead, they lost a repeat customer for life, and earned this review.

The place was awesome and with excellent service but the most admired encounter are the people that embody your spirit of service in the person of so many of your employees and staff members. One of that particular person is CARLA assigned in the front desk who was extraordinary in carrying out her task. Pleasant and admirable, sensitive in her conduct of work. She is amazing.

Another great week at the Omni Amelia Island! My husband and I visit Amelia Island about twice a year and we always stay at the Omni. We stayed the first week of June and we were met with absolutely perfect weather and had a wonderful time. We love lounging at the adult pool, sipping on pina coladas and watching the ocean waves in the distance. Our only complaint is there seems to be more and more seagulls and birds hanging out in the pool area each year. It takes away from the relaxing environment when you're dodging low flying gulls and battling them so they don't steal all your french fries off your plate.

Customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The pool area was inviting and fun. The room furniture was not up to Omni standards and the outdoor entry felt like a motel, not a resort. The rate was a resort price.
