Great stay
The only tip I have is if the Hyatt is in the proximity of where you want to be during your stay in Amman, the Hyatt will be a great choice.

Best breakfast by miles
Lovely hotel with interesting views especially if your room faces away from the street. It is clean and very well-appointed. The breakfast is a huge success. The choices of food are exceptional and there’s always a nice ‘buzz’. It’s also well-located in the city. I’ll be back shortly.

I regularly stay at the Hyatt with work and always choose this hotel whilst in the region, a good selection at the breakfast buffet, a friendly gym/spa and attentive staff in general
