A special thank you to Sander at reception for making our stay so memorable. His warmth, professionalism, and generosity were exceptional, and he made us feel genuinely welcome and wonderfully looked after from start to finish. The hotel itself is extraordinary. The rooms are beautiful, and the entire property has the feeling of staying in a historic home, but with every modern comfort one could want. The location is ideal, and everything about the experience felt both elegant and deeply comfortable. My children have not stopped talking about how comfortable the beds were, which may be the highest praise of all. It is rare to encounter a place with so much character, charm, and genuine hospitality. Because of this experience, I leave the Pulitzer as a truly grateful and loyal fan, and I will gladly recommend it to friends.

Excellent-- absolutely TOP service. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, each team member was wonderful, responsive, professional, warm and friendly. This is an exceptional team, and I have stayed in many hotels. The room is lovely with many beautiful details. Loved the tiled bathroom, and what a treat to have my own french press in the morning. The bedding is gorgeous. Loved the soap and all the products, and I'm quite particular. I would says this is one of the smoothest run hotels I can remember staying in. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, would move in if they allowed it.

We have stayed here on a number of occasions before and return because this is truly a 5 star hotel in a wonderful location, every room has its own character and the style of all the individual houses that have been combined to create this hotel has been wonderfully preserved. The staff are wonderful. They never walk past you without a smile and an acknowledgement. Every request is immediately dealt with, nothing is ever too much trouble. I unfortunately had an accident whilst in my room and cut myself. Within moments of my wife seeking help two security officers arrived with a first aid kit and provided welcome advice and assistance. Very highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Made our stay in Amsterdam really special. Superb location, beautiful buildings, fantastic service and generally just a great vibe. The room was a good size, bed very comfortable and lovely marble bathroom. Breakfast too was really good. The hotel is in the heart of the nine streets area. Loads of little independent shops and food places. We also went out on the hotel’s beautiful ‘The Tourist’ boat on a cruise around the canals. Well worth doing. Lots of information from Captain Nils. Finally taken to the airport by super friendly Saiid who was just lovely. All in all a great hotel. They’ve got it just right👌well done Pulitzer👏👏👏

My stay was amazing from the very first minute. I was very well looked after throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Elysia for her outstanding service. She gave me an incredibly warm welcome and was highly professional in her work. The entire hotel team was also very helpful and attentive. My stay exceeded all my expectations. The quality of the hotel, the staff, the service, and the food were all top-notch. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you all for such an amazing experience.
