Our stay at the Tivoli-beautiful and overlooks the canal. Staff is excellent . Klervi in guest relations-best ever!
The hotel is beautiful and located in a great place. My husband and I could walk to anywhere we wanted to easily. Also, the staff was so pleasant and so helpful and we want to give a shout out to Klervi who worked in guest relations. She was beyond helpful and kind, and we’ve never had a more pleasant guest relations person that we’ve ever dealt with. She was wonderful!
