A Wonderful Stay!
This stay was incredible and a great portion of this experience goes to William. He truly brightened my day with his hospitality. Best Hotel!
I have stayed here many times and I absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location is close to both the convention center and downtown Disney. The rooftop bar and Puesto are real gems. The staff is excellent, especially William in the Westin Club. Will definitely be returning!

Great Disney stay
This hotel was an awesome stay for me & my daughter and conveniently located. Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming and attentive to all our needs, VERY FRIENDLY! I especially want to call out William in the concierge lounge who was so nice and helpful during our whole stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to going back again.

Trip to Disneyland!
Amazing place within walking distance to Disneyland, amazing bar and pool, rooms are perfectly kept and clean. This is out all-time favorite hotel to stay. Had a small check in issue with a credit authorization form, we were directed to Ken Shrout, I cant say enough good about his help. He weny above and beyond to help us fix this issue and get our issue fixed. Completely helped remove the stress feom an already hectic travel day. Thank you Ken! A+++

Incredible trip with extra special attention
Not only are the accommodations absolutely fantastic (super comfy and clean, elegant spacious rooms, great location, perfect views of Disney California Adventure, amazing club level lounge with rooftop bar), the guest services team is INCREDIBLE! They went above and beyond to make my family's trip extra special, and Mr. Ken Shrout deserves HIGH accolades. We are already planning for our return trip in October!
