Where do I begin...  Concierge Desk: This desk supported us with securing transportation from our ship to the hotel, tickets for the Topkapi Palace, spa reservations as well as transportation to the airport along with Fast Track service. Amazing group of people and they all represented your corporation and location with tremendous knowledge and courtesy. Spa: The lovely women who gave us our turkish baths. Very professional with amazing talent compared to what we have previously experienced. The staff of the spa was welcoming and courteous beyond measure. Dinner in the OCAKBAŞI: What a wonderful experience. From being welcomed at the reception to the servers.... So knowledgeable and appreciative of our dining with their restaurant. As we were from the US, one server shared his experience of training in St. Louis, Missouri as well as experiences in New York City, San Francisco and Chicago in the U.S.A. This meant so much to us for him to share this with us. Truly a compliment to the Four Seasons corporation with the investment made to train your staff with these experiences. It reflects how appreciative they are as well as provides opportunity to share these experiences with your guests. We traveled from Atlanta, GA and Seattle, WA and are very familiar with the cities he experienced. Shuttle Driver was provided to all guests between their Bosphorous and Sultanahmet locations: He was so welcoming of us each time we used his service. Took the time to point out different buildings that may have been of interest. We appreciated this. The Four Seasons Istanbul at Sultanahmet: We dined in the garden and enjoyed an amazing lunch served. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about not just the food, but the wines offered. She recommended a Turkish wine that was divine. So happy we experienced this location as well.. We will long remember the wonderful stay we were afforded at both locations mentioned.

International standards with a high-class atmosphere. We had dinner on the veranda with a view of the Bosphorus . Service excellent ,food was correct. Worth the visit. Security at the entrance. The best is to come by boat or taxi.Will come back

I thought it was all a little dated, rooms really do need a refurb. The property its self is lovely and very grand and right on the Bosphorus. You need to get a taxi to most places as its not the most central location. The spa area was nice but again all a bit dated. For the money I think you can do better than the FS Bosphorus.

For our first Istanbul we looked for a property with great location but also offering a nice SPA. After having stayed in 8 Four seasons the last 2,5 years and a little research we decided to chose the FS Bosphorus. The FS is located perfectly at the beautiful Bosphorus. A huge terrace with amazing views and great dinner options are one of the highlights. As in all FS perfect service from reception until check out. Special thanks here to the people behind the FS App, organizing all our excursions and dinners within minutes! Service here, as in all FS we stayed at, was perfect! We also loved the great SPA. Huge indoor pool and great treatment options, we had for example the best Hamam treatment ever there and a top massage afterwards! We can 100% recommend this property! Perfect location at Bosphorus with 25min taxi drive to Hagia Sofia (5-8€) , great excursion options organized by FS, we had the private Yate trip at the Bosphorus, excellence service, top class spa. When coming back to Istanbul this Four Seasons will be our top choice again!
