What an amazing hotel this is. It’s a visually spectacular building that has been meticulously restored and looked after by its owner. The room we had was large and the bedding very comfortable. The hotel had an event on when we arrived and staff went out of their way to minimise any disruption to us. The front desk staff member was exceptional ( I feel terrible that I can’t remember his name ). He made us feel so welcome and helped us find our way around town and the hotel. The hotels museum is full of incredibly interesting items and is well worth a visit. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and am truly sad we only had one night there

No iron in the room, safe case was not working, coffee has finished in the middle of the breakfast. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and not effective. The staff speaks very bad English or not speaking at all. This is everything else, but not 5 stars hotel.

Very beautiful suite, tastefully appointed within a historic building located up in the old district with panoramic vistas opening onto the city beneath it. Staff was solicitous and welcoming. We wouldn't stay elsewhere if we come to Ankara again!

This one of a kind hotel was almost a destination by itself! It is a restored caravanserai with modern fittings including a lift. We loved our spacious and luxurious room and bathroom! It was right across the Ankara Castle and near little shops and restaurants in the old city. The Anatolian Museum is about 400 meters away. The area is hilly, so prepare to walk along steep inclines.

This Hotel is pure elegance. From the moment you walk in, it's clear you've stepped into a world of luxury. The rooms are a dream – comfortable, tastefully decorated, and offering stunning views. Dining is a culinary journey, and the service is top-notch. I can't wait to return to this gem of a hotel!
