I was able to easily change my check-in date after being delayed on a flight from London. The breakfast food offered and what I tried I thought was pretty good. Service on the first morning was lacking as the server taking orders and preapring coffee seemed a bit lost. The other three mornings the service was fine, even including the server from my first morning breakfast at the hotel. The male bartender I felt was somewhat condescending towards me even though the rest of my group seemed to like his service. The two female bartenders provided great service and were more friendly and hospitable towards me. The rooms were colorful and comfortable; the staff kept the room nicely clean. The hotel is conveniently located near local shops and restaurants.

Third visit to this graduate hotel. Located in the perfect part of Annapolis, all staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. Beds and rooms are comfortable and themed to the area. Poindexter Cafe is a great place to pick up to go food.

I can't believe a $200 a night hotel doesn't have coffee machines in the bedroom. You want to get up in the morning, especially having come from a different time zone, and get that coffee brewing while you take a shower. Instead you get a kettle and a couple of packets of rather nasty looking instant granules. Even worse, on attempting to make coffee, the little cream pots instantly curdled rendering the coffee un-drinkable. Sadly on top of that were other niggles - a fan running somewhere above the bathroom ceiling which, while not offensively loud, was enough in the middle of the night to keep you distractedly awake while trying to cope with a body from another time zone! And then there was a strange problem with British credit cards that couldn't be authorised - affecting other colleagues as well as me. These are standard Visa and Mastercards that I use regularly abroad. To make the matter infinitely worse, was a very unsympathetic front desk staff who refused to check me in. I had been travelling about 18 hours. I was at the hotel as my company had hired the place to run a conference and I was on the company list of staff attending. But 'no' said Mr Front Desk - no card no entry - and no compassion or flexibility it seems! I had to sit in the lobby, fire up my company laptop and get someone there to call the front desk. I definitely would choose to use the Graduate again.

Everything was on point with this hotel. It is close enough to walk to the downtown or take a free shuttle.

I was in Annapolis for a work conference and everything was great from the check in to the check out. It is also located in downtown so you can walk to the various shops and restaurants towards the water.
