Nice mediterranian appartment with much space and a big terrace with a nice view to the sea. Good located near some restaurants, directly at the beach, also with a bus station. Also the cleaning of the appartment happened every day during our absence. Only the windows could be cleaner. The noise level was ok - the hotel is located directly at a good frequented street and during the night you can hear the noise of the cars because the windows are not 100% sealed / cannot be fully closed anymore. In general there are a few things in the appartment which need already a repair (Door handles at the windows, door frames, walls and table in the kids room, cabinet under the sink, closing of the windows, ...) The atmosphere in general in the appartment (room 112) was also ok - the kitchen was a little bit old fashioned (other rooms had better kitchens) and could be better equiped (more knives, plates, ...). Also a washing machine would be nice to have available. The price for 1 week was compared to the space and atmosphere / view also ok - but not good (Note: it wasn't during peak-season). The included adults only spa access for 50 minutes (each adult) is nice to have but not useful when you travel with kids. Would be good if there is a option to use it also with kids. Breakfast: for us it was way too expensive (the adult rate) and we decided to arrange it ourselves in the bakery shops near the hotel - which was also fine. We received every day a small bootle of water each, which was really nice to have. All in all: nice place to stay - Antibes itself is a really nice place. If the appartments would be better maintained and more modern, with some more services included, it would be a 5 out of 5. For us it was a 4 out of 5

My wife and I had a lovely week at the Royal Antibes Luxury Beach and Spa Hotel Only oddity was that the hotel did not have a lounge or bar. Otherwise it was nice, And we did get a free 50 min per day (bookable in advance) in the Spa. No swimming pool though. However the hotel's beach club on the other side of the road was nice . It cost about 30 Euro per day per person for which you got a beach bed. Very pleasant old town. Nice restaurants and drinking bars. It's the South of France so be prepared to spend a lot. We would like to go back there next year. Cheers !!

Having read some of the reviews on this hotel I was a little apprehensive about staying here for a week. There was no need to be as the staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay, the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, air conditioning in the room was working and as I’d booked 2 rooms, they were on the same floor near each other. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel each morning which was delicious and the staff were always friendly and happy to help, nothing was too much trouble. We gave feedback to reception and they were pleased to receive this at the time of our stay. The location of the hotel is ideal; on the seafront and it’s a short walk into the old town (I would say 10 to 15 minutes). We didn’t use the restaurant as there is plenty of choice for places to eat nearby and we also didn’t use the private beach or spa.
