A True Sanctuary in Antwerp – Flawless Stay Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp truly lives up to its name. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality set the tone for what turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The facilities are beautifully maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was a standout — everything was top quality, fresh, and thoughtfully curated. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a luxurious base to explore Antwerp, this place is an absolute gem. We highly recommend it and would return in a heartbeat.

Undoubtedly the quietest hotel room ever! A true haven surrounded by nature right in the middle of a city, with a magical spa and to die for treatments!

This review only applies to Bar Henry. We walked in for lunch today and the lady at the reception looked us over rather judgmentally. We wanted to sit outside but were informed the outside was closed because of the damp weather (although every terrace in Antwerp is open for business). I have been here many times with foreign guests to have cocktails as it is a rather stunning venue but today I was made to feel unwelcome. The thing that bugs me is the pretentiousness of the staff and many of the patrons. As a Belgian I have lived abroad for 20 years and had the good fortune to stay in beautiful hotels but nowhere is the vibe this arrogant and condescending.

Very nice high tea with lots of different savoury and sweet items. Every item is so beautiful and has sometimes unexpected taste experiences. Service was good. Price - quality great value. They are not pushing you to buy any of the upgrades. And the Botanic hotel is an amazing place in the centre of Antwerp
