We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at a staycation and really enjoyed it. Brennen in guest services got us a great room and stocked it with wonderful amenities (non-alcoholic sparkling wine, bottled water, nuts, macarons and cheese and a gorgeous flower arrangement) and a personalized note. We used the Platinum AMEX deal so checked in early and checked out late. We spent most of the time at the spa (sauna, steam room and pool--the hot tub was under repair). The property is well organized and feels reasonably fresh. Like most big city Four Seasons it's not a flagship property but most assuredly is a Four Seasons to it's top shelf all the way.

The Easter Brunch did not meet the standard of luxury for the price. The floors needed attention badly where we were seated. How do you set a table for guest and miss food on the floor. Why wasn’t the salad items and fresh fruit on chill boards? No toaster for the bagels. Chicken separate from the waffles. I expected a much better experience from the Four Season. Gone are the days that staff took attention to the table and brushed it keep food off the floor. The greeting cocktail definitely was a MISS. Chilled sparkling cava that was for the bottomless mimosas would have been a luxury way to greet guest for brunch. It would cost the same a the cocktail because of the inexpensive brand served for mimosas. Gone are the days of a certain standard attached to a luxury brand hotel. A definite let down this Easter 3-31-24!

I stay here for work and find the experience to be average. The room decor is a little nicer than other hotels but otherwise it’s the same. I don’t think the service or amenities are that much nicer than other hotels. Basically I think you pay for the name.

This place is everything you would expect from a Four Seasons... from the 90s. The service is still great, and the rooms are clean. But it simply feels dated. I think it's time they invest in an update! Unfortunately the spa and pool were closed so we didn't get to enjoy the amenities while we were there.

We had the best weekend at the four seasons Atlanta. Tim, the concierge made our daughters birthday extra special with all the decorations and food he had in the room waiting for us! We dined both nights at Bar Margot and food was outstanding along with Charles are waiter~ everything was so good! Lily and Linda at the spa went out of their way for my daughter and me! Thank you all so much for making our weekend special!
