Terrible experience
Bags lost at check-in, not found until 4am, car lost at checkout. Minimal help from staff and no follow up after. Very poor customer service.

Breakfast bounty
We came for the buffet breakfast because we heard it was good and it did not disappoint! Super friendly staff that looked after us even with our energetic toddler. They brought a wee cake as our other daughter had a 10th birthday coming up. Plenty of options for the adults as well as kids, although the chocolate fountain and waffles on a stick were some of the favorites.

Chuan Spa
I had a fantastic massage at Chuan Spa with Rita. I arrived early to make the most of the facilities, which are great. I was shown how to access the pool, sauna and steam room, and advised on the recommended sequence to get the best out of my massage. All of the staff, from the concierge desk to the spa team were all professional and welcoming. I would definitely go back.

Overall Win
Amazing brunch buffet. The service is excellent. Molly, one of our servers was especially lovely. The hotel spa and pool are fantastic. Everything is impeccably clean. Great rooms, with efficient closet space and wonderful baths. Beautiful marble detail. Highly recommend this place!

Best breakfast 😋
I love the pool on the roof. The robes and slippers are so comfy. The only disappointment is the room wasn't ready until almost 4pm. The buffet breakfast is outstanding, everything you could want is there, and Molly is such a lovely waitress, she was friendly, kind and funny and made us feel at home. Our family will definitely be back.
