Great stay!
We loved our stay here. The rooms are not large, however they are well designed and we felt like we had plenty of space. The wood flooring and walls made it feel very cozy. The bathroom and bed were great and the closet had plenty of room to hold a large suitcase. The service here was incredible and we felt very welcome the entire time. Highly recommend.

Stayed at the hotel Britomart 4 days ago (on the recommendation of a kiwi pal) and this is the return leg for about 2 days. I tend to choose well designed luxury boutique hotels for my stays where possible Was met at the door by a very kind Rakesh and his manager Ms Singh. Got into my room early (much appreciated) as I wanted to fix my luggage at the RIMOWA store ( no thanks to Air New Zealand in Samoa who damaged it). Fabulous service hands down. Very helpful always. Rooms are well thought out and with great views (do consider getting the ones with the harbour view when booking). I’m definitely staying here again next time. bravo team hotel Britomart!

Love Britomart
This was an amazing hotel. From the beautiful architecture and the wonderful room design to the great costumer service this hotel offers everything that you’d want when staying in a foreign country.

Great location and ambiance
Stylish but cosy and welcoming hotel with excellent location for Auckland CBD , shopping and restaurants . Helpful staff and delicious food at Kingi restaurant . Definitely the best hotel to stay in Auckland .

Often the fault of cool architectural hotels is just that exactly, the ‘coolness’ pervades everything within the space and can make the lived experience one of arrogance. With Britomart the experience could not be faulted. The attention to detail, the warm welcome, the incredibly well designed rooms are all evidence of a group that truely care about the guests.
