Understated beauty. All the right comfort.
Our booked room type did not have a king bed available when we booked it, so we chose a room with two beds. We rarely stay in rooms like this, but it turned out to be fantastic! The beds were large and comfortable with two separate bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), two closets, a separate room with sink for the toilet, and wall-to-wall/floor-to-ceiling windows with a sliding door in the room, including a large dining table, and two chaise lounges. The staff left a lovely small gift of desert the second evening on the dining table. When we needed a few items in the room, housekeeping was quick and responsive. The location is fabulous! We loved the variety of dining in the area and the incredible views of the bay. The staff was kind, especially the doormen, but the check-in staff didn't provide much information about the hotel and services when we checked in. They weren't very engaging throughout our stay, but did do their job.

Park Hyatt is your best choice.
The Park Hyatt is hands down the best hotel in the city. It is close to everything in a picturesque setting. The views of the city and sky tower are incredible. We were wowed the moment we walked into our stunning room, complete with wood floors, strategic lighting, and exemplary customer service. The windows open so you breath fresh air every day.

Amazing experience. Don't miss an opportunity to stay at a premier location in Auckland. The onsite restaurant is amazing, great views of the harbor and other great food options are a short walk away. The outdoor pool was great for swimming laps (although not heated) and we relaxed in the hot tub, sauna afterwards. What a treat! Loved it. Sean at the conceirge desk took extra efforts to get a rental car delivered to the hotel so we could enjoy a day out.
