Excellent. The best hotel in Auckland.
Globalist member. Stay was May 2024 - single traveler. Hotel is excellent. Nice location, parking included for Globalists. Excellent, kind, thoughtful staff. Outdoor heated pool (covered by roof), spa, sauna, steam room, cold plunge tub. Two restaurants inside hotel, other restaurants across the street and around the corner on the water. Hotel faces the bay with boats docked up. 5-10 minute walk to CBD area. Also stayed at the Hilton Auckland just a few blocks away. The Hilton is also right on the water and is nice inside, but does NOT compare to the Park Hyatt. Hilton charges for parking and also charges all guests extra for a limited "hot" breakfast.

Everything upsized
The bedroom, bathroom and bed are all incredibly large. Very comfortable and spacious rooms.It is quite a walk currently to the Viaduct as the footbridge is broken.

Great Location and Service
My first time in New Zealand and we decided to stay in Auckland. This is a great location away from the busy part of downtown so it was quiet. Downtown was walkable. Staff were very friendly, accommodated my early check-in, rooms were clean, and nice view of the harbor from our room. I loved the two bathrooms and closets and made it very convenient. I love that they have Beau their hotel Labrador. One of my highlights seeing him.

Loved our stay
We've really enjoyed every stay we've had at the Park Hyatt. We love the location and we haven't had a bad room yet. The food is consistently of high quality.

Best Hotel Experience
The hotel condition, location, and staff were amazing. Zero complaints. The on site cafe had great pastry’s and coffee. Concierge assistance with things to do was second to none.
