Just the escape I needed
I had just experienced two great losses and wanted to get away to try to enjoy life again. I have always enjoyed the Fairmont when traveling, and I had an exceptional experience at the Fairmont in Austin, Texas. The staff was so accommodating and I even received some treats in the room from “Toni” (who I believe may be Tonisha Alexander). The long weekend of comfort and pampering at the spa was exactly what I needed. Sleeping on the comfortable bed was like being on a cloud. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. I am looking forward to returning soon!

Favorite Hotel in Austin!
We love the Fairmont Austin and stay several times a year for work related travel. The Gold Level is absolutely worth the upgraded price. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Amazing service, and immaculate rooms!
My wife and I stayed here visiting family this past weekend. Our room was on the 27th floor with a great southern view. Rachel at the front desk was so informative and accommodating. She had a small refrigerator sent up to our room and ensured we were in a quiet area. I was struck by how immaculate the room and hallways were. The entire hotel has a bright, airy feeling. The pastries in the cafe are a work of art, and they taste as good as they look. The pool and cabanas were awesome! Our server in the pool area was on top of her game. My only suggestion for the pool would be to turn down the music that is piped in there - the volume level is too high. Every employee we came in contact with during our stay was amazing, the service was first class! Honestly, I doubt that we will ever try any other hotel in the Austin area after our stay at the Fairmont!
