Weekend vacation Main reason for booking the hotel was the hot tub and it was not working Charge $50 for parking which is insane Items inside the room like bottled water are $9 a piece Hotel bar on the pool deck was lousy service. Hardly any alcohol in the $30 drink and we stood there forever before actually being acknowledged - despite only one person in front of us who was not ordering

One of the best hote experiences I've had. I attended a conference at the Fairmont. in April 2026. Check-In was very easy. The line was short, because there were multiple staff available and they were kind. EVERYONE was kind and accommodating. Received a bottle of water and a summary regarding amenities in the room and at the hotel. Navigating the hotel was easy. The conference rooms were nice and the food that was provided was delicious. Nice clean rooms with appropriate and sufficient amenities. Checkout was easy, can be done on your phone and keys can be dropped off in a box. The cost is appropriate given how excellent it is. And it's SO close to so many walkable things (lots to do in the downtown area at night, different 6th St neighborhoods, walked to Terry Black's BBq, ran to the State Capitol for a self-guided tour, walk to a kayaking tour on Lady Bird Lake.) But there were two things that made the stay exceptional: 1. I actually injured my arm pretty badly during a morning run to the Capitol. The staff was incredible. Appropriate staff dressed my wound for me. They provided me with dressings daily. The head of guest services at the concierge desk gave me her card in case I needed assistance. Someone from the concierge desk called me on my cell during my stay just to check in to make sure that I was doing ok. They again asked if I was ok on the day of check-out. Really lovely. The second is the SPA. I think that they just know what people need in order to rest and feel taken care of. They have a jacuzzi, cold plunge, sauna, steam rooms. Many massages and skin treatments. But it was the little things like providing thinks like deodorant, lotions, face cream, etc for after a shower. chairs around the jacuzzi so that you can lounge, read, chat between treatments. So many beverages incl regular water, iced water, infused water, mimosa, hot tea etc. Little snacks to munch on in this little waiting area with big soft chaises and blankets. They give you little dark chocolate and a warm drink right after your massage. My massage therapist was so wonderful and really worked on the shoulder that I fell on. I had my massage at 430pm the eve before my flight the next day and they let me come back to spend a few hours in morning just relaxing in the spa until I had to check out. Best spa experience I have ever had. Hands down.

Was fortunate enough to stay at the Fairmont for a conference I was attending. Hard to not like anything with the Fairmont and this visit was no different. From dropping of my car, smooth check-in and the beautiful room, it was a great short visit. The ball and conference room floors, where I spent most of my time, were clean, organized well and spacious. Of course, not everyone is happy with temperature, and it was quite chilly but made it work. Food prep was good and the one quick meal I had in the bar area was pretty good as well. Overall, very nice stay and would return.

Had a great experience at the Fairmont Austin! Rooms were clean, bright and spacious! The bar food was great - especially the sharables! The chicken nuggets or tenders were OUTSTANDING! Bar staff was so great as well!

The Fairmont in Austin is a beautiful property with excellent amenities and a great staff. The room was spacious and well designed.
