The best experience for the first time for Mother’s Day and hubby birthday we brought our girls last year & absolutely had the best experience especially and the special treatment and the grand floor. There chocolate chips cookies are the best ever

I have never been to a Fairmont Hotel before and I can firmly say I will be back. Yes the hotel is modern and clean but what wowed me was the hospitality. This was the first time I have ever felt pampered and so welcome in my whole life. I want to shout out one specific person, Kyo! From our first interaction to the last, she was so warm and personable. She went out of her way to make my family feel welcome (including an infant). She is one of the stars at the hotel and is the reason we will always be back! Thank you Kyo for making our time at the Fairmont special!

ALWAYS amazing service. Truly such an beautiful hotel. Everyone is always so personable. When we stay we always stay on the floors with access to the gold lounge. Because of the impeccable service. This time we had the pleasure of Jack going over & beyond with service when checking in. And Dine in the morning being so kind at breakfast. It truly makes a difference in a hectic world to have people just simply being kind. THANK YOU

Amazing service by Tugce, amazing food, and this restaurant made my birthday dinner more than expected! I really enjoyed the food, advice on foods/desserts. The dessert was absolutely delicious! We ordered the ube brûlée and it was wow! Perfect for a date night and perfect way to celebrate my birthday and plan to do so again soon

The food was good and our server, Tugce, was excellent!! She was very knowledgeable on the menu and provided great suggestions. She was also very kind and patient while we figured out our entrees. She made our experience welcoming. We got pasta and garlic bread, which were both excellent.
