Hotel ZaZa Austin

First time in Austin, chose Hotel Zaza based on location as we wouldn’t have a car. We chose right! Everything was great! Staff is helpful. Rooms are beautiful (ours was a little dark, but no big deal) and BIG. Bathroom was lovely and the shower was super-powered! Bed was great. Pool was clean and cute. Restaurant ‘Group Therapy’ had yummy food and drinks and our server Jocelyn was a doll! Nice neighborhood, plenty to walk to, whole stay was great. COOKIES in the lobby every afternoon!!!! Totally recommend and would stay again.

So amazing! Alara was our waitress and ridiculously attentive and sweet. If yu want to impress someone or treat the family or friends, definitely request her!

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was above and beyond anything we’ve experienced elsewhere. The staff surprised us with thoughtful gifts delivered straight to our room—two bottles of wine, delicious food, and plenty of water—all complimentary and completely unexpected. It set the tone for a truly memorable trip. We received outstanding service from Jacob, who quickly became the highlight of our stay. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely friendly. His restaurant recommendations were spot-on and absolutely fabulous. Every morning, he greeted us with a warm smile and took the time to ask how we were doing. His hospitality made us feel truly cared for. The valet team was just as impressive. They were quick, efficient, and extremely helpful, loading and unloading our bags with ease. Their professionalism and friendliness made every arrival and departure seamless. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and eager to help, creating an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and personal. This was, without a doubt, the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service and unforgettable hospitality.

Perfect location in downtown Austin with gorgeous facilities. We loved the bar area, the dining and the pool. The rooms with 2 kings were generously appointed. Front desk staff was so helpful. The cocktails and cappuccinos were perfect!

Our stay at Hotel ZaZa Austin for a reunion was truly a five-star experience from beginning to end. It was the perfect place to gather and reconnect. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the service was exceptional. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and the valet team was especially friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. We also loved the food; everything we tried was delicious and exceeded expectations. The location couldn’t have been better. Being able to walk to the lake and to so many wonderful nearby restaurants made the entire weekend even more enjoyable. It was an amazing stay and the ideal setting for our reunion. We can’t wait to return!
