Surpassed expectations
From the moment we arrived at this hotel we were looked after. Cold towels and refreshing water while our bags were taken to the room. Late lunch looking over that wonderful pool. Complimentary crisps and dip, Sauvignon Blanc refreshing and light. We had tripped into complimentary afternoon tea. Service was exemplary. We didn’t have the most expensive room but had a luxury feel, view from the balcony looking over the jungle valley. Cycling arranged plus a trek organised. Massages cheaper than the village could offer. Complimentary shuttle service took us back and forth to Ubud. Delicious breakfast with everything you could want.

Wonderful Stay
A wonderful experiance where the staff are just wonderful, the jungle surrounings make this the perfect setting for peace and quiet and the food is delicious. We stayed in a deluxe room overlooking the jungle, perfect to wake up to the surrounding views. The room was a good size with lovely comfortable beds. The food is delicious and always served with a friendly smile from the helpful staff. The infinity pool is amazing. I would definatly recommend Alila Ubud as a place to stay if you want peace and quiet away from the busy town of Ubud

If hotels were made in heaven
This hotel has exceeded my expectations in every way. Staff are so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The hotel is beautiful laid out, taking advantage of the jungle canopy. The pool water feels soft and inviting, no strong chlorine smells. Our room has such a charm you don’t want to leave. The bed made of clouds. Food is delicious, making me want to try more and more foods I’ve never eaten before. Spa treatments leave you floating away.

Rainforest paradise under stated luxury with a sustainable feel
From the moment we arrived team made us feel like family with a humble greeting at every point. Dayu the GM should be so proud of the crew. Food, drinks, service was high class Balinese hospitality. We look forward to returning soon. But before that we go to Alila Seminyak after our next visit to the Gili Islands

Wonder property, great services and good value
The service of the hotel was excellent, special mention for the head host Tomy, the most experienced hostess in the restaurant Sri, the young porter Twi and the talented photographer Ryan. They went out of the way to help and to welcome us and created a lifelong memory for our 33rd anniversary
