Alila Ubud

Our stay at Alila Ubud was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel itself is stunning, surrounded by beautiful jungle views, peaceful atmosphere, and amazing facilities that made our vacation unforgettable. What really made the experience special, however, was the outstanding hospitality from the staff. A very special thank you to Maryanti, Adi, Liya, Putu, and Diah for their warm kindness, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our stay. Every interaction with them made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued as guests. Their attention to detail and sincere hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. The service at Alila Ubud is truly world-class, and it’s because of wonderful people like them that we will definitely return again. The service was exceptional! The facilities are first-rate, and the food is excellent. Whenever we needed anything, they went above and beyond to provide it. Truly a formidable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Alila and can’t thank them enough. Everything was impeccable but what stood out to us the most was the hospitality. The kindness and friendliness of the staff was second to none and something we haven’t truly experienced before. The team at Alila Ubud made the stay even more special than it already was. Everyone was so attentive, patient, caring and genuinely happy to help and their smiles were contagious. We especially want to thank Widi, who went out of her way to help us and always kept us smiling. By the end of the trip, it genuinely felt like home because of the staff. The resort itself is breathtaking. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in, mainly because of how natural and serene it feels. Ubud can be very busy and chaotic, so coming back to such a peaceful, calm and beautiful place every day was amazing and we wish we could’ve stayed longer We honestly can’t thank The Alila enough for making our stay so special. May 1-3, 2026 My stay at Alila Ubud was truly exceptional from start to finish. I arranged an airport shuttle in advance, and the Hyatt representative was waiting for me as soon as I exited customs. He helped with my carry-on and bag and escorted me directly to the driver for the 1.5-hour ride to the resort. Check-in was seamless, and I was welcomed with a refreshing drink and cooling towel. My room was beautiful, complete with fresh fruit and bottled water. I even woke up the next morning to a monkey perched on the wall enjoying his breakfast! The open-air restaurant had stunning views, excellent service, and delicious breakfast options included with my stay. They also offer lunch and dinner. I spent time exploring the resort, taking complimentary rice paddy tour, and enjoying the lush green surroundings with coconut and banana trees. What stood out most, however, was the kindness of the staff. Unfortunately, my luggage did not arrive with me, and the front desk graciously offered me a dress to wear until it arrived. It was one of the kindest gestures I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. When my luggage finally arrived the next evening at the airport, the staff coordinated transportation back to retrieve it. A Hyatt representative met me at the airport, guided me through lost and found and customs, helped with my suitcase, and escorted me back to the car for my next destination. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and its staff. Their hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali.
