My second day in Bali with my Fiance, we are having an amazing time at Anantara Resort so far. Today we booked into one of the many complimentary activities on offer, Balinese offering making. Kartika was SENSATIONAL! Guiding us through the techniques and giving us in-depth cultural knowledge on Chanan. During our session we had a lovely conversation and she gave us an inside look on what it was to her and her culture. Kartika went above and beyond and also taught us another Balinese decoration primarily used at weddings (We mentioned we were here for our engagement and also my sister in law's wedding). All in all the staff at Anantara are exceptional and have made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. P.s: The welcome gong at the front is a very cool touch. We stayed here for 2 nights to start our honeymoon and all of the exceptionally friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay special!! We are very grateful to you all. It was an amazing experience to receive a room upgrade, dinner and a bottle of wine spread out as surprises throughout our stay. Thank you all very much.

We had a great time! The staff were very friendly, specially Kartika who was extremely attentive and kind, always helping us with anything we needed. Excellent hotel with very nice rooms, amazing views and great amenities, we definitely recommend it!

Where to start! Kartika was the absolute best. She not only started our trip off with the best surprise ever (upgraded room to the penthouse) but also was incredible the entire time. It didn’t matter if she was at home because she finished for the day she still was contactable and arranged everything. This was so important as we were travelling with our 1 year of baby. The hotel was amazing, from the location, the staff, the food and of course what a view!! Incredible!

Rooms are lovely , we had a very good room with ocean views of the surf as we asked for . Very happy that we got this. The service was good , our room was cleaned daily and the turn down service was a great option if you wanted it . We had sunny, hot weather everyday which was great . And the room air conditioning was essential and really appreciated when you got home from your days out , it hanging by the pool.
