We recently had a candlelight dinner at Ayana for our honeymoon arranged by Wira from room dining. Wira went above and beyond to make the evening extra special. He set up a beautiful table with rose petals. His attentiveness and friendly personality made the entire experience truly unforgettable.

Ayana Resort is no doubt a beautiful place with lots of content to explore. My experience was that a) I could not use AmEx on the premises even though I had used it to book the accommodation so I had to pay on the go in cash, b) Rock bar had misplaced my booking for an event so I had to wait for a table opening on the spot, c) the tapas menu at the Rock bar as well as dinner menu at the Damar were truly disappointing - contrary to the Kisik, La Luna Rooftop and the Rock bar dinner&cocktail options that were very good. In addition, all the pools were mostly crowded, apart from La Luna which I highly recommend. Another huge plus is the Ayana Spa and the thalassotherapy experience.
