COMO Uma Ubud

We had a beautiful stay at Como for our honeymoon! Everything was 100% perfect, except for one thing which I will get to! But first, the breakfast and bar food is absolutely delicious and you can tell everything is made with love, the service is to an extremely high standard at every touch point, and at any hour of the day - it’s gentle and relaxed and not overly formal - they have a way of making you feel like old friends who want to really look after you ♥️ The pool, bar and restaurant is beautiful, surrounded by huge green trees and fantastic cocktails and food delivered to your sunbed! We didn’t get to try any activities like yoga or gym sadly due to the length of our stay, but it all looked great and I saw lots of guests enjoying it! The one thing which let our stay down is the dampness of the beds - our first room was very uncomfortable and a humidifier sadly didn’t work - I think they struggle with the location being tropical, but it’s a pretty big issue that was a stress during our stay. I have very sensitive skin and so was probably more acutely aware of the dampness of the linens and towels. The staff were amazing and once we mentioned the issue instantly moved us to an amazing pool suite room for one night which didn’t have a damp issue, the next day we had to change again due to other guests booking that room and sadly that room bed was also fairly damp though not as bad as the first room. They did everything they could to make us comfy - but it is worth mentioning I think especially for honeymooners! Other than that the rooms are beautifully designed and very clean. If they can fix the ventilation issue with a few of the rooms then the hotel was perfect ♥️

Absolutely amazing on every level, the resort is beautiful, staff were fantastic and the food was delicious. I also had a couple of spa treatments which were amazing. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again, make sure you try the Italian restaurant, delicious.

I visited a solo traveller, and I had a best time in there. If you want to do a local cooking class and market visiting, just to do it there. Even I took a private class and tour, price was so good, and the Chef was so helpful to me. You can make 4 kinds of local dishes, and enjoy the dishes during class at the restaurant. And I took a private 3 hrs Ubud tour, that was so good. In the hotel, there was a biggest Gym I have ever seen. Every family members can enjoy this place! 혼자 갔던 여행에서도 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 만일 로컬마켓과 쿠킹클래스를 원한다면 호텔프로그램을 이용하세요. (라오스 아만 가격의 절반임-프라이빗임에도) 해외 경험이 많은 쉐프가 동행하여 시장에서 여러가지 신기한 재료들을 시식할수 있게 해주고, 돌아와서 4가지 음식을 만들면서 중간중간 식사를 할 수 있게 해주었습니다. 3시긴짜리 우붓투어도 프라이빗으로 진행했는데, 그것도 원하는 곳을 조정해서 방문할 수 있었어요. 그리고 역대급 규모와 시설의 헬스장이 있어서, 그리 즐기지 않음에도 하루 2번씩 이용했습니다. 가족 모두가 다 즐길 수 있는 숙소예요!

Nice property and well maintained. Calm and peaceful environment. Friendly staff and some of them, very warm and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Nice breakfast. Going during low season enabled us to upgrade to a pool suite which was very comfortable. There are rooms which will not be suitable for people to are not used to steps. Excellent gym and yoga classes.

This was our first time in Ubud and it was exceptional. The staff are amazing you are greated by name at each interaction with them. They are caring and attentive. The resort itself is stunning. The room was luxurious. It had an indoor and outdoor shower, the bed was beautiful to sleep in. Very well rested. The room also had it's own coffee pod machine, kettle to make tea. Our daily breakfast was mouth watering with so many options. The restaurant dinner's were just as delicious. Como Uma also has daily yoga and walking treks which we did. I would highly recommend Como Uma if you want to be looked after and feel relaxed.
