Beautiful Bali
We had a great time at Conrad Bali. The service was the highlight and our concierge Nanta fulfilled any request we threw his way. Food at the restaurants was lovely. Beautiful seafood in particular. Pools and room facilities were great. We would absolutely go again.

Amazing resort for families
Amazing resort. It's old but well maintained. grounds were beautifully lush and staff were incredibly accommodating. A complimentary photoshoot was also a nice touch especially for all those families out there who only have selfies of themselves. The photoshoot included 1 free print out (approx 5'x7') and you've got to pay extra for any other photos. Conrad have a great system where they have a dedicated person to be your point of contact (incredibly efficient and effective in my view). We had the pleasure of having Cicilia help us with anything and everything from water in the room, organising a babysitter to a late check out in room. We couldn't be happier with our stay!

Conrad Bali
Our family of four had a great experience at the Conrad Bali. Great attention to detail from the staff. Cecilia (our Concierge) was amazing. Lagoon access room is a must if you can do it. Game changer being able to swim off your balcony. :) We plan on coming back again next year!

Its OK but NOT the greatest 5 stars hotel in the area (within the same price range)
not the best 5 stars hotel in the area (with the same price range) there are several concerns 1. breakfast menu variations are only change a bit each day during my 5 days stayed there 2. sometimes the staff forget to put either bath towel or hand towel after the room being cleaned, also they dont refill the tissue too! 3. this is the worst, the telephone is ALWAYS busy. For those concerns above (no tissue, no towel etc) we used only the towel that are available, or our own tissue becauee the telephone is never connect. and we have little kids and not having much time to take it from lobby since our room to lobby is quite far. the staffs hospitality is fine but only there are those minus. and not as great as I expected
