Absolutely incredible!!!! The resort is beautiful, impeccable. Great food, terrific spa, and the service was awesome!!!! Everyone was outstanding and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome! I will definitely return!!! ❤️

We stayed at Conrad Bali for a short 4 night stay in a room with a greay outlook over the beach. The facilities at the resort were well kept and this time of year there was ample room at the pool which we used daily. Cecilia, our concierge, was particularly helpful —she organised transfers, helped with private trips, and arranged a birthday surprise for my wife, which we appreciated. All service at the hotel was consistently friendly and helpful. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay and a great option for anyone planning time in Bali.

Conrad Bali is absolutely breathtaking!! A massive resort that feels both luxurious and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The pool area is stunning, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Breakfast and dining options were incredible, such a wide selection, fresh, and delicious every single time. What really makes this resort special though is the staff. Every single person we encountered was smiling, kind, and genuinely eager to help. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond in every way possible, making us feel cared for and at home. Their warmth and hospitality turned an already beautiful resort into a perfect 10/10 stay. Without a doubt, this is the most beautiful resort we’ve stayed at, and we would 100% come back here again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to chill out for a family holiday. Nothing was a problem for the staff. We were hoping for interconnecting rooms for the kids but they were full due to a wedding but organised a room change as soon as they possibly could.
