Memorable Stay.
Amazing property. Concierge and staff are wonderful. Came for a wedding and also celebrated my daughter's 15th. Yunita went out of her way to make it special. Would definitely recommend! We had a pool access room that had the most beautiful sunrises.

My Conrad family an exceptional stay
Well what an experience that was! Cannot recommend this resort enough and the staff that make it such a memorable stay. Nothing was too much for anyone and the staff were truly warm, welcoming and felt like our family. We came here as a couple but will be back many times to come with our kids next year. Cecilia was our concierge and I almost had tears when I left her at the end of the stay. She organised an upgraded room for us, special coconuts by the pool, dinner reservations, outings and even little presents to take home to our boys (monkey toys)! We are still in contact and already planning next years trips. The hotel was beautiful and never felt crowded even with multiple weddings happening throughout our stay. The grounds were perfect best I’ve seen around the world! There was always bottled water on hand, chairs by the pools (no having to reserve at 6am!) and fresh clean rooms with immaculate housekeeping. It was the little things like having a laundry service, great onsite restaurants and being able to call about anything you needed. We utilised the gym each day which was small but got the job done, it was crowded at times and maybe one day in the future expanding it may draw more people to the resort also. I always felt safe walking outside the resort down the road to restaurants for dinner (thanks to Cecilia’s recommendations) and exploring the area. The buffet in the morning was to die for and everything you could possibly need was here ie international, kids, western, al-a-cart, coffee machine!!!!, special mention to Wisti and Nusada here they were so kind to us. And spoilt us. Cecilia Thankyou and Conrad for the memories, I officially have the Bali blues but already planning how many times we can come back next year which is a great sign. Great location for the "chill and relax" leg of your Bali trip
My wife and I stayed at the Conrad Bali for 5 nights as part of a "chill and relax" trip. This is an fantastic property located at the end of the chain of resorts that starts at the Ayodya Resort on Nusa Dua beach. Incredibly attentive service and super-responsive staff. Nice carpet tennis court where we hit balls every morning before it got too hot. Our ocean facing room in Building III was perfect, with easy access to beach lounge chairs and cabanas in this part of the resort. This is a family-friendly resort, so the main pool are tends to be pretty crowded. That said, the expansive resort has a ton of places to relax if people are looking for a more private experience. In addition to great on-site eating options, there are a handful of good restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance along the street just outside the resort.

Absolutely incredible!!!! The resort is beautiful, impeccable. Great food, terrific spa, and the service was awesome!!!! Everyone was outstanding and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome! I will definitely return!!! ❤️
