Perfect return to Conrad Bali!
It's always such a pleasure to return to this wonderful hotel - it really does feel like our Bali home. What really makes every stay so special is the incredible people in every department. From the warmest welcome from the Bell Service and the Front Desk to wonderful evenings in all of the restaurants and the Lobby Lounge - everything was just perfect. Breakfast was always such a treat and although sometimes busy the service was always fast, attentive and super friendly! We have mentioned all the wonderful team many times before so this time its a huge thank you to everyone who took care of us during another fine stay! See you all next year!!! Kevin and Richard ps a special mention for Mia 'Eight Degrees South' a new team member who we feel will be a great member of the Conrad Bali Team!

Wonderful stay.I come back
My stay at the Conrad Bali was very pleasant. Based on my many travels and hotel stays within the Hilton group, i can say with complete conviction that the Conrad Bali Nusa Dua is one of the best hotels in the world. Former General Manager Kevin Girard transformed the Conrad into a JEWEL on the Indian Ocean within five years. The new General Manager, Mr. Neukom, took over a few months ago and leads the exceptionally friendly staff in all areas with respect and on equal footing. The entire property is meticulously maintained, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and there is a daily turndown service. The lobby bar team is very attentive and served the delicious local Arrakcooler Cocktail. The large lagoon is perfect for swimming. Every guest experiences the attentive service of the staff, whose incredible friendliness and warmth are truly palpable. Curator Ms. Cicilia and Manager Ms. Deva deserve special mention. Their exceptionally friendly manner and outstanding team spirit are immediately apparent. Both are true GEMS and possess a special talent for ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. If you're looking for peace, relaxation, and the best possible service, you've come to the right place. Thank you and i come back

Beautiful nusa dua
It was our second visit to Conrad Bali. We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff, from the check in staff , the supervisor and also the server during breakfast time. The room was great. And my favourite activity this time is running from the hotel to the peninsula island.
