Conrad Bali is living the dream of Home Away from Home ! Love it.
I have visited the Conrad Bali Resort for the very first time on 7th Feb 2026 for just a short weekend getaway. The week before the trip, you will be assigned a resort host who will help to guide and prepare you for the upcoming stay via email. ms Puspita is my resort host and helped to book a few complimentary activities for me. Thanks, Ms Puspita. The check-in process was swift and handled personally by Mr Andi. He is a very professional, courteous, and pleasant front desk officer. A refreshing welcome drink was aptly offered at the lobby while checking in. We were assigned and auto-upgraded to a Deluxe Twin Lagoon Access room which overlooks the sea and has access to the lagoon pool. However, there was some issue with the room. Mr Andi proactively and generously offered us a room change, which I accepted and hinted to him in a humorous way to at least give me a room with an ocean view just like the first room. To my surprise, he went above and beyond by upgrading us to a King Ocean Front Suite ! The room overlooks the open sea and has a hot jacuzzi and sun lounger at the terrace. We don’t have to go to the pool ! The room is spacious and nicely refurbished, or at least in good shape. Mr. Andi even give me a call to ask whether anything he can do about the new room that is being assigned to us. I said no, thank you, as this room is perfect and I am grateful for it. As a Hilton Diamond member, we are able to access the executive lounge and breakfast at RIN. The food selection at the lounge is good and tasty. We were greeted by Mr Bayu, a very professional and warm staff member. He remembered us by name and always offered us food. We also opted for the Kecak Dance Theme Dinner buffet at Suku, which got a generous discount for diamond members. The Kecak Dance is amazing and lively. Love it. The breakfast is extensive and semi-buffet. You may order their a la carte menu and explore the huge breakfast spread selection. We also opted for Ecoprint activities and Yogalates. Both are amazing and really great in building up memories in Conrad Bali. In fact, I am missing Conrad Bali now. In my opinion, their staff is one of the main factors of this resort; they are all very well trained and professional. Even if you ask the part-timer(Mr. Wisnu, the one who conducted my Ecoprint), he is able to guide and tell me about the resort. Thanks to all, especially Mr. Andi, Bayu, Jaya, Wisnu, Putu, Intan, Catur, Satya, Chandra, and Puspita for the hospitality. Conrad Bali is undoubtedly living the dream of “Home Away from Home.” Thank you !

Do it properly - stay at the Conrad Bali
The Conrad Bali was a clear choice on Hilton Honours. For 7 days we were after a relaxing and comfortable stay - and the Conrad delivered. Thanks to Cecilia who was our Curator for the stay. Pre arrival email from Cecilia made it easy to plan our week. On check in the team at Conrad were great and we met Cecilia at the Executive lounge who made sure our stay started well. We were very self sufficient across the week but Cecilia checked in daily with a range of offers and events that we could engage with. Easy communication via WhatsApp, Cecilia made sure we were looked after. Huge thanks to the Res Team who helped work through some future bookings for our families. Thank you. Huge appreciation for Cecilia for making this trip effortless. Definitely coming back to the Conrad Bali. Thanks also to the F&B team and the crew at the pool. A big thank you as well. Would recommend staying here.

I honestly don’t know what else to say about the Conrad Hotel Nusa Dua team — as an event organizer, I was incredibly helped in hosting our event at Conrad. Starting with Ms. Tuty (JSO) and Ms. Priska from the event team, they were extremely supportive with all the event needs my client required — fast response and very well prepared. We were also greatly assisted by the hotel’s operational team, such as Ms. Wina from Front Office and Mr. Krisna from Banquet, who made the flow of our event smoother and well-controlled. Perfect stay in paradise!
Spent 6 nights at Conrad Bali and felt not only welcomed but taken care of personal and with perfect taking care of us as guests. There was not one person on that resort which was not friendly or did not have a smile on its face!
