Our stay at Conrad Bali was a delightful blend of relaxation and celebration. Although five days felt too short, my husband's choice of this stunning resort for my birthday getaway was perfect. Having been to Bali before, we thoroughly enjoyed indulging in the resort's amenities. The breakfast spread was extensive, dinners were delicious, and the pool menu was a treat. Whether lounging by the pool, strolling along the beach, or indulging in spa sessions, every moment was rejuvenating. The staff were incredibly courteous, friendly, and attentive, with even the General Manager adding a personal touch to our experience during breakfast. We found ourselves missing the resort and its tranquil ambiance immediately after checking out. The spa, complete with sauna, steam room, and private pool, was a highlight, and getting around was hassle-free with Grab. No need to pre-book transfers – just Grab to the hotel! Additionally, the food pricing was reasonable, adding to the overall satisfaction of our stay.

The Conrad Bali exceed all my expectations and they are surely one of the best! They make my holiday a wonderful memory for years to come! Nothing is ever too hard for them. Just ask what you need in WhatsApp’s and they will be helping you in no time! We stay most of time at the pool side and the pool boys are so wonderful and helping you anything that you need. Always some extra touch that make you feel special!

Incredible service and guest experience. There was nothing that the staff wouldn’t do. The rooms were incredibly clean. Only small suggestion is a pillow menu with some softer pillows on offer. The in house restaurant dining was top notch. Fantastic destination all round.

After reading so many amazing reviews of Conrad and it's staff, I took the chance and booked Conrad for an 11 night stay with my family and boy was I glad I did! We arrived at Conrad in the early evening, and encountered a small teething issue with the location of our room as my daughter is in a wheelchair and accessibility would have been an issue. Mentioning issue is not about the problem but how efficiently the amazing staff dealt with it and promptly moved us to another room in a location that suited us better. This was just the reconfirmation that we needed at the start of our 2 week holiday. We knew we were in good hands. We were so glad we booked a pool access room. Stepping into the gorgeous Lagoon pool from our balcony was the best. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The resort is just beautiful, the grounds immaculate and the staff delightful. Every single staff member that we came across had the most genuine caring smile on them. It was a true pleasure to meet them all. My only suggestion to Conrad Bali would be to add a few more ramps around the main pool area so wheelchair and pram users can access it easily. Some may think 11 nights is a resort is too long, we have decided it wasn't enough and hope to return next year to Conrad and enjoy a full 2 weeks!
