All round a wonderful hotel - great rooms. Staff, beach, pools etc etc. cant wait to go back. Wonderful sunsets, food was good. Other restaurants nearby if you want to eat out. A bery relaxing and enjoysble couple of days - wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel is just superb. We upgraded to Club which gave us access to a dedicated beautiful lounge for an all inclusive daily breakfast, cocktail hour drinks and snacks. The Club room we were allocated was stunning, the grounds of the hotel are immaculate and the staff were all so helpful and professional. We will definitely return one day.

I had recently had a very relaxing and pampering stay at the Intercontinental Bali. The hotel and the grounds are superb and the beach is long and beautiful, especially for seeing a great sunset. The staff are very attentive and I felt very well looked after. Monica and all the ladies and gentlemen at the club lounge were wonderful and always made sure that I’m comfortable and I have everything that I need. It was delightful to sip a cocktail in the evening while listening to the gentlemen playing the piano in the coquette and chic ambience of the lounge. The Spa treatments were very well done by my therapist Wisri. Dewi, the spa manager, helped me arrange all of them. She is very gracious and kind. On top of it all, Mr. Bruno, the General Manager, went above and beyond to coordinate everything and make my stay as memorable as possible which he plentifully succeeded to do. Thank you very much and will be happy to return again 🙏

We stayed here in the duplex family suite for 3 nights towards the end of our trip to Bali. The beach was great , food and service by the pool was very good. We liked the location, a short walk away from local krishna Oleh Oleh and restaurants or a short cab ride to busier market areas.. prompt care vice by housekeeping staff when the sand from the beach had to be cleaned. The breakfast though crowded was managed well and we were usually seated after a few minutes of waiting.. plenty of food choices for vegetarians too.. A few points for improvement.. the sofa bed was quite fragile for our 12 year olds.. the room is spacious should have proper single beds for the kids. Also the sewer smell on first using the bathrooms after a while was w strong and needs to be rectified.

I recently stayed at Intercontinental Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by a concerning incident. While dining at the hotel's restaurant (Sunset Beach), I encountered severe discomfort afterward. I suffered from significant illness, including persistent vomiting and a high fever throughout the night, which greatly affected my stay. Seeking medical assistance, I visited the clinic at the hotel. While the medical staff was prompt in attending to my needs, I was taken aback by the medical charges. The bill amounted to 1.2 million IDR (approximately $80), which seemed quite steep considering that I was only provided with a few pills, not even a full pack of medication. Following this incident, I raised a complaint with the hotel management, but, I have not received any response. Given this experience, I feel it's important to share my concerns about the potential health risks at the restaurant and the unexpected high medical costs at the hotel clinic. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests.
