Reviews for Jumeirah Bali
BPG seems to be a scam
Jumeirah did not honor the BPG. After an exhausting process they did all they can to not fulfill their promises. It is very strange to see a high class hotel chain making what it seems false advertising. If you book directly with them, you will be penalized and ended paying 10 to 15% more. A shame.

Best stay in Bali with a 2 year old!
Incredible experience at Jumeirah Bali and it was very kids friendly and accommodating to our specific needs. Special shout out to the kids club! The staff there were so great and my daughter loved them soo much!

We would like to thank the lovely staff at the Kids Club, especially Ani and Dea, for being so kind and caring with the children. Our son Raad truly loved the place and keeps talking about how much he enjoyed his time there. It was a wonderful experience for him.

We are shocked by this hotel in Bali!!!
We went by they beach and we where exhausted and hot 🥵 and we ask them to call a driver thought they hotel and they refuse and we where at the one in Dubai last week and the bottom line is they have no sense of hospitality and they are very rude so I give you a advice don’t go there !!!!
