One of my favourite luxurious brand hotel. It's a great hotel in Bali . Very made well villa with private swimming pool. Very clean and stylish inside . Service is just perfect . There is a butler service. Housekeeping is very helpful. Food is amazing as in breakfast and dinners. Room service is also good food. There is a great spa with very good massage therapists. There is beach a few swimming pools. Beach on Dreamland beach where is watersport available also surfing available.

Me & my mother stayed here to celebrate our birthdays ! We had the Sunset Pool Villa where the views were gorgeous and the room was clean, modern, luxurious and spectacular! Staff were more than polite, courteous and always more than helpful making our stay 10x better ! Special shoutouts to Ari (Butler), Ricky, Wina, Tia & Iwan (Fine Dining) & Radit (Concierge) they went above & beyond ! 5 star staff & stay , Jumeriah Bali will always be my designated stay when I return!

Absolutely wonderful hotel – everything was beyond perfect. The service was exceptional, warm and truly world-class. Every single team member went above and beyond to take care of every little detail. For example, when our charging cables got tangled, someone from the staff neatly organized them and even added a cute tag so it wouldn’t happen again. They even left a bookmark with an inspiring quote – it’s these thoughtful touches that make Jumeirah Bali so special. I have never experienced such impeccable service before. Stunning location, perfect villas, total serenity and absolute attention to detail. Highly recommend – Jumeirah Bali is a true 10/10 experience! 🌺✨

We had a wonderful family vacation at Jumeirah Bali, where we celebrated my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary. We initially chose the resort for its three-bedroom villa option, which connected a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom villa via an outdoor gate, and for the kids' club. However, we discovered that Jumeirah Bali offered so much more. A special thank you to our butler, Juli, who made our vacation truly perfect. He ensured our days ran smoothly by managing spa and restaurant reservations, scheduling villa cleanings while we were out, and promptly responding to our requests from early morning until late at night. Juli also surprised my in-laws with a celebration cake for their anniversary and took our children on buggy rides to feed fish near the lobby. My son even said he wanted to return to Bali just to see Juli again, which speaks volumes about his exceptional service. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experiences at Jumeirah. Both Akasa and Segaran offered excellent selections, but the most memorable was our dinner at Mantra Wine & Dine. The entrance, with its small elevator descending to a rose petal-lined pathway, created a perfect setting for our special occasion. The French chef prepared impressive dishes, and the sommelier expertly paired each dish with a delightful Italian wine. At the end, they presented a large flower bouquet and a cake. We extend our sincere thanks to all the staff for making this event so memorable. Our children also enjoyed the Kids' Club. The friendly staff called my kids by their first names after their initial visit and gave them their full attention every time we stopped by. Overall, our experience at Jumeirah Bali exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this resort to our friends, whether they are traveling with or without children, and we would love to return in the near future.
