Stayed at this property over New year. the location is great and private and the atmosphere was very festive. We stayed in Sunset View Villa and the rooms were big and really well maintained. There was a lot of privacy around. The amenities are great and they put up a great New Year's Eve event. Their staff showed a lot of care and warmth and made our stay very memorable.

Amazing 5 star luxury hotel. All you need in one place. The hotel is beautifully built and makes the hotel feel very exclusive and private. All the staff are very attentive and professional along with the management, who is always present at breakfast and dinner, which shows the love and care they all have to the hotel. Breakfast is fantastic - the lobster and crab Benedict is the best I have ever had for breakfast. Kids club is great. The public beach access i perfect. Fun to play in the big ways as well as going for a walk with it is low tide along the beach (not very long, but a nice walk), but unfortunately like all beaches on the island, the rubbish is all over. We picked up what we could, but it is a lot being washed up on the shore from the waves constantly. We spent NYE there and had a great dinner and time with the family. Even had spa at the beautiful Talise spa - what a luxury place. I wish we knew earlier what a beautiful place that was. They offer Yoga and other activities as well. There is always room for improvement, and here are a few suggestions: Expand the breakfast menu to offer a wider variety of options. Increase the selection of mocktails at the bar. Create a more relaxed bar atmosphere by allowing guests to sit without feeling pressured. Encourage patrons to explore the curated menu through subtle and inviting approaches. Align pricing with local standards, as fair value is always more appealing than overpricing . Catering for halal options and separating areas for veg and non veg options will certainly improve the uptake of resorts .

Amazing property with great staff to make your stay exceptional. Would recommend it to anyone seeking peaceful escape to relax & recharge.

I had dinner in Segaran. The view is stunning, the staf from arrival until the end of my dinner is absolutely amazing. They really helpful. Yunita, Ricky and Ayu give the best service in Segaran. They always smiling and genuine to make sure everything is up to my expectation.well done!
