Staying at Jumeirah Bali for my birthday month was absolutely unforgettable. I booked a 1-night Pool Villa experience and communicated my plans in advance via WhatsApp: dinner at Segaran, drinks at Akasa, and the Rindik Music Session. Though the session was fully booked, the team kindly arranged a private Rindik performance just for me at 1 PM—such thoughtful, personalized service. Early check-in is usually 3 PM, but they welcomed me at 12:30 PM due to my schedule and birthday, which was incredibly convenient. The Pool Villa is stunning: the 10×5m private pool is perfect, and the room design is top-tier. I received a handwritten birthday card, turndown service with a birthday cake, daily coffee/tea restock, and even mosquito prevention during turndown. The pool bar overlooks Dream Beach, where surfers enjoy the waves. Staff offer free ice pops and cold drinks, with coolers, iced water, and towels provided at beach chairs—details that make all the difference. Dinner at Segaran was magical: I got the best ocean-front table, with delicious Indonesian and Mediterranean cuisine. During the meal, the staff sang happy birthday and brought out a cake. The sunset view here is breathtaking. Akasa Bar sits cliffside with incredible architecture, offering panoramic views of the ocean, cliffs, and Jumeirah property. I highly recommend their signature cocktail The First King. Breakfast is outstanding: a la carte plus fruit and bakery buffet, with Japanese, Balinese, and Middle Eastern sets, 4 types of honey, 4 Eggs Benedict variations, and more. Check-in and check-out were seamless, done in a lounge with ocean views—pure luxury. Jumeirah Bali exceeded every expectation. The service, facilities, dining, and attention to detail make it one of the best resorts in Bali. Highly, highly recommended!

The Jumeirah has the highest standard of hospitality I have ever seen. I proposed to my fiancé there and Nisa and the whole team have made an excellent job. From the food, to the service to the kindness and how aligned everybody is. It was an unforgettable experience. I can only recommend it.

I definitely don’t think it’s a good option. The rooms are OK but the facilities overall look very old. The food is very very bad. The fitness center is very bad. The buggy service delays. A lot of the Concierge has a hard time understanding your request. They are trying their best, but I think they have a significant area improvement until this happens. I do not recommend anyone. Moreover, the beach is shared. It’s a public beach. I don’t recommend it

Our time at Jumeirah Bali was really special for our family. When we got there they gave us towels and made us feel so welcome. They were warm and calm. It felt like they really cared about us. This made us feel comfortable and important away. The food at Jumeirah Bali was amazing at dinner time. One of the restaurants Akasa was really great. They had a dinner menu with high quality food and they paid attention to every little detail. Eating at the resort was one of the parts of our trip and something that lots of guests would really love. We did not just stay at the resort we also went on adventures around the island. We went to Ubud for activities did water sports in Nusa Dua and watched the Kecak Fire Dance in Uluwatu. It was really interesting and fun. Coming back to Jumeirah Bali always felt nice and peaceful. The people who worked at Jumeirah Bali were really great. Seemed to really care about us. Our butler, Juli made sure we felt taken care of. He was very kind. Always thought about what we might need. This made our stay really easy and comfortable. Juli was very professional and caring which made our trip even better. The manager, Ram was also very kind and a great leader. He really wanted to make sure we were happy. Nova helped us get around Bali. Was very reliable and respectful. He made our trips really easy. Overall Jumeirah Bali was not a place to sleep. It was a special place with great food, comfortable rooms and amazing service. We have lots of memories from our trip to Bali and Jumeirah Bali was a big part of that. Jumeirah Bali is a place for a family trip and we really loved it. We will always remember our time, at Jumeirah Bali.

The place is beautiful. On the ocean with beautiful sunsets. We had a Panoramic Villa which is very luxurious and has a pool, indoor and outdoor showers and is very spacious. The restaurants are all very nice and the food is delicious. What really makes the Jumeirah Bali special is the unique way it blends traditional Balinese culture and tradition with a very modern feel in its decor and accommodations. I love the place took lots of photos. Another thing that makes Jumeirah Bali special is the incredible staff. Everyone is so friendly and quick to assist. The resort is quiet and relaxing. The perfect place if you’re looking for a get away spot for a short or long stay. I look forward to my next visit.
