The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service.
My wife and I just had the most amazing honeymoon at Jumeirah Bali! Honestly, the service was the best part. All the staff were so kind, and it made my wife feel so happy and special during our whole stay. The resort itself is just beautiful. We loved the main pool by the beach and our private villa pool too. Everything from the rooms to the restaurants looked perfect. The food was also really high quality and delicious. It was a perfect honeymoon for us. We definitely want to come back to this paradise someday. Big thanks to the Jumeirah Bali team!

Thoughtful resort.
The best word to describe this resort is thoughtful. The room has amenities that are practical - along with the usual toiletries were hair ties and a clip. Hats and beach bag are gifts. There’s a hamper in the bathroom and all of the toilets have bidets. Outside, there’s a pagoda with a lounger under it - perfect spot to wait out the rain. The staff is amazing. Our iron didn’t work, so my husband asked for a new one and he wore a different shirt. The texted us photos of the new iron and my husband’s ironed shirt. At the pool, you hit a button when you need service and they have a do not disturb sign. The food was really good as well. Delightful resort.

First Class Hotel
We had a wonderful stay at the Jumeriah Bali. The room was luxurious and comfortable and the private pool was well maintained and gorgeous to swim in, especially at night. The online butler service was excellent and my every need was attended to promptly. The staff at this hotel are simply fantastic, as were all the people we came across in our tour around Bali. Such warm and friendly people. The pool staff were also great and one lady was exceptional and so friendly and looked after me with such kindness.Thank you. We ate at both restaurants which were good and every breakfast was so relaxing and perfect. The Akasa restaurant is in a beautiful location on the cliff top and was perfect for a special evening. We attended the Friday night buffet with fire dancing which surprisingly we also really enjoyed. The hotel manager was very nice and made an effort with his guests. All in all a very lovely hotel and in my opinion worth the higher price point. One thing to mention is that the hotel is a 15-20 minute journey into the centre of Ulluwatu, but that said like me you probably will not want to leave the hotel once you arrive!
