Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa

We stayed here for one week, and it exceeded our expectations in every way, from the moment you arrive to your departure the staff couldn’t be more helpful, nothing is to much trouble, it’s a beautiful authentic Balinese hotel, with a great choice of restaurants to suit couples and families, they also do themed evenings which were lovely, there are two main bars, one overlooking the beach which is delightful, normally with a guitarist and singer of an evening which is always popular, and a beautiful lobby bar also serving snacks with many areas to sit and relax, the gardens are so beautiful, and lovely to see all the fish pools, it’s a wildlife haven. The pools and surrounding grounds are lovely with plenty of areas to suit everyone, we loved the beach with plenty of beds and shade. This hotel would suit anyone wanting a quiet holiday in a gorgeous setting, but also very accessible to explore. We would recommend to anyone and will definitely return. We had an amazing time in Nusa Dua beach hotel. It is very quite and peaceful place which suited us well. The hotel and it's facilities are great. The beach is quite and nice to swim. They are nurturing the native Bali architecture and culture which we enjoyed. The staff is amazing and always smiling. The best part of this hotel is it's people.

What an amazing place, from the moment you arrive you feel welcomed. True Balinese hospitality, every team member cared and greeted on every interaction. The food and beverage was exceptional and so much to choose from, the views perfect. Check in was seamless and efficient, the room well appointed and spotlessly clean. Our kids had the best time, enjoyed the pools, the beach and the activities. We will most certainly be back.

Zeer compleet hotel met uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Hotel ligt op toplocatie aan een mooi zandstrand in Nusa dua. Ideaal als je met kleine kinderen bent. Fijne zwembaden, elke avond amusement maar tevens de mogelijkheid om een hapje te eten of drinken bij de naastgelegen hotels. Kamer werd elke dag twee keer verzorgd. Aldino deed elke dag zijn uiterste best om ons van dienst te zijn, echt top verzorging van de kamer! We vertrekken morgen, maar nu overwegen we al om hier volgend jaar weer terug te komen.

We’ve had another wonderful family holiday at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa! We loved it so much the year before, we came back again and weren’t disappointed. The service was fantastic from our incredible Roomboy Edi who kept our rooms so tidy and clean and was always so helpful to the wonderful Sinta at the pool bar who was so lovely and friendly, always! Wonderful staff like them made our stay so enjoyable :-) The resort also had great facilities which we used often including tennis courts, gym, bikes and lovely pools. The only thing I would like to see more of is the availability of seats around the pools. It was very hard to get any at any time because people kept them all day, so more seats would be great!
