Food is exceptional. 5 Restaurants to choose from. Pools and beach right there. Staff throughout the entire resort were so friendly. My daughter has Severe Peanut Allergy and chefs and their teams were so thorough with all meals. My 2 year old grandson had a blast!!! We will be back later in the year. Keep up the Fantastic Service!!!

Staff were welcoming, extremely helpful, and polite. Rooms are a bit tired and need some tlc. Beds comfortable. Floors in our room required mopping as they seemed very gritty underfoot. The Gecko Club was very disappointing when attended, with no activities organised apart from slide & colouring. I was reprimanded by a staff member for reminding my granddaughter not to throw balls out of the ball pit. I was also told I could not enter the Gecko Club with my granddaughter at 12.45 pm as the children were having their lunch. I had to go away for 15 mins. The biggest complaint we have is that the hotel should stop clients from reserving pool lounges at 7 am with towels, then going to breakfast and heading off to lunch, and leaving lounges unattended for long periods of the day. This is not fair to other guests. If other hotels can implement rules for unattended lounges, so can Nusa Dua Beach. Overall, the hotel is well situated close to outside shops, restaurants and massage shops. Apart from a few hiccups, we did enjoy our stay at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It has stunning facilities. Biggest highlight is the staff and service - I cannot fault them. Lovely restaurants that cater for a wide variety of preferences. The location is gorgeous with a private beach. You feel like you have escaped into a luxurious and calm oasis. Great food and cocktails. Highly highly recommend a visit.

Absolutely LOVED staying here. Staff are some of the friendliest and attentive I have experienced. Room was extremely comfortable and cleaned daily. Atmosphere was relaxed and luxurious. The food at every single restaurant was out of this world! Could not get enough of the delicious food. Would recommend Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa to everyone.
