Peppers Seminyak

We had an amazing 2 night stay at Peppers. The staff are what makes the stay so special - so kind and courteous, nothing is too much trouble. Special shout out to the crew who assisted with luggage and always a buggy when we needed it. Wayan, Kathy, Yoga and Rama - all so helpful and friendly. We will be back!

We from HK and gone to Bali for our family trip with 12 people (8 adult+4 kids). We have been upgraded to the largest 5-bedroom villa. The hotel treat us like family as well. Every staff can recognize us and know which villa we live. The Spa, restaurant and food are all very good. We have ordered a in-Villa BBQ, the food and service is very good. Highly recommend if you are going Bali with big family (like us with 12 people)

I would highly recommend Peppers Seminyak for a private quiet resort yet close to all the action of Seminyak. What makes this resort extra special is their amazing staff!!!! The most beautiful and kind people. From reception, to bar, restaurant, spa and cleaning staff. A very special mention to our 2 favorites Astini (restaurant) and Eli (Spa). Two beautiful ladies who made our stay extra special. Eli does the best massages and Astini made us feel like her family. We are very grateful to have met you both. We were privileged to enjoy a 3 bedroom villa for a family group of 6 and stayed 8 nights. Even before we arrived the staff were brilliant, with speedy communication through the office and reservations team (Vindya, Ayu, Syara, Oktariana) who confirmed bookings and arranged airport pick up with ease. The staff really made us feel welcome. Jo, Yoga, Ketut including trainee buggy drivers e.g. Agus, plus the lovely Kris who arrived with fresh fruit and the efficient cleaning teams. The villa was well appointed with a wonderful private pool, loungers, plenty of pool towels daily, ample rooms, lovely bathrooms, great communal space - kitchen, dining, lounge, sound system, TV's, filtered water, coffee pods etc. We travelled with elderly parents who had limited mobility and the staff were brilliant, only a phone call away and would arrive immediately picking us up by buggy, dropping us to reception or taking us around Seminyak village, to the beach, nearby restaurants and assisting with luggage. The location is excellent, close to the beach, shops, great restaurant options and beach clubs. Inside the resort is peaceful and private. Step outside the complex and you get a taste of busy Bali life. What a special place and people, thanks Peppers you made our trip truly memorable in the best possible way!

Our stay at Peppers Seminyak was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The villas are spacious, beautifully designed, and clean - the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The private pool and lush gardens made it feel like our own tropical sanctuary, while still being just minutes from great restaurants, shops, and the beach. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options. What really stood out was the genuine warmth and hospitality - the staff are truly like family. Every detail was taken care of, which made our holiday so relaxing and memorable. We highly recommend doing the cooking class - we absolutely loved our experience learning and preparing traditional Balinese recipes. We were lucky enough to have Ming Ming as our teacher, and she made the experience fun, informative, and unforgettable! My family and I would like to thank everyone at Peppers for making our stay so special, as we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and our daughter and son-in-law’s 1st wedding anniversary. It was truly a very memorable and enjoyable experience.
