Peppers Seminyak

Peppers was delightful. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful and didn't take long to remember our names and treat us as individuals instead of numbers. Nothing was too hard to accomodate. Rooms were perfect and cleaned every day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peppers, it’s our 3rd time. The villas and grounds are beautiful. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The spa is wonderful and Destri, Sudi, Subawa and all the other staff are very professional and provide fantastic massages and facials.

We had the most amazing stay at peppers. Everything we needed for our family, including private time in our villa and own pool, as well as fun times by the main pool while the kids played with other families. Cocktail hour was always enjoyable, and Astini and the rest of the team looked after us each night making sure we had everything we needed. The spa was incredible, so luxurious and the staff were lovely and attentive. Shoutout to Tami, Desak, Sudi, Astika and all the spa staff. Thanks to Indra, Asih, Wan, Ketut, Yuni and Ari at the front desk, and to every other staff member! They always had a smile on their face and always ready to help, including grounds staff and security. We felt very safe and comfortable the whole time. I actually had tears in my eyes when we left!! We travelled as a girls group of 7 And lucky 7 we were getting an upgrade to a five bedroom villa after booking the four bed. The service was exceptional as was the food , bedding , facilities and location . We will be back again !

Very nice hotel Clean and quiet I came for dinner with my partner and was warmly welcomed by the restaurant staff. Thank you to Ms. Indah Astini Heri, who is very professional and always smiling. And also thank you to Darwin, who helped me organize everything. will coming again to this hotel on my next holiday in Bali.
