An Oasis in the hustle and bustle of Seminyak
This was our first stay at Peppers Seminyak. The experience far exceeded our epectations. The level of service from all of the staff was first class, nothing was a problem and everything was done with a happy smile. We booked a two bedroom villa and was upgraded to a three bedroom presidential villa upon arrival, which was a nice surprise. Our booking included breakfast. and this did not dissapoint, the quality of the offerings was amazing. We can not say a bad thing about our stay at Peppers Seminyak and the memories will stay with us forever.

Ketut and Ari, and all the amazing staff at peppers are incredible. So kind and caring and accomodating. Nothing is too much to ask here. Our villa with own pool was amazing. Best location. Coming back for sure.

Absolute Luxury
We were upgraded to the 5 bedroom presidential villa. Words can not describe how beautiful this was. From feeding fish at your front door, to a grand family area for the kitchen, dining and living. The rooms themselves were fantastic and the indoor and outdoor bathroom amazing.

Amazing staff but not lux
We stayed at Peppers Seminyak for 5 nights. While the resort has potential with its location and spacious villas, overall, the experience was just average. The villas themselves are showing their age — the interiors and fittings could really benefit from a refresh. Mosquitoes were also a constant issue, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the outdoor areas. The overall property feels a little run down and not up to the standard expected from a luxury resort. Another downside was the location of our villa next to a creek, which was unpleasant and detracted from the experience. In short, Peppers Seminyak needs a revamp to bring it back to the high standard it once had. With some refurbishment and improved upkeep, it could be an excellent place to stay, but as it stands, our visit was only average.

Peaceful oasis near the beach
Our two bedroom villa was private and peaceful with everything provided. The main resort area was welcoming, with attentive and friendly staff. A testament to the resort is the length of service each employee had, with most being 10 years and more. Breakfast was exceptional with daily specials on offer and the evening meal always a treat. I like that the resort is in Seminyak but well away from the hustle of the main shopping area and it was a short walk to the beach.
