Peppers Seminyak

check-in good, room layout excellent. We had a major problem with housekeeping. The water geyser broke down, they did not have an extra coil, so it was repaired the next morning. The bedroom sliding door got stuck. We were inside the room, and the helper came after 45 minutes. The next morning, my wife was sliding the closet door, and it came out! In the evening, when we were back, we saw the light above the shower had fallen; its impact had bent the shower, and there was glass all over the shower floor. They could not replace till we checked out. When I spoke to the manager, he tried to hint that we didn't know how to use the property! Then he offered to waive the extra charges, which were one massage, cola, and milk! The Indian vegetarian breakfast tastes very bad. Could not eat a single morsel. The property was highly recommended by one of my friends, but I will never repeat

We stayed at Peppers Seminyak in a 4-bedroom villa. On the first night, the villa was right next to the road and the traffic noise was quite unpleasant. However, the staff handled this exceptionally well and upgraded us to a 5-bedroom villa, which made a huge difference and really showed their commitment to guest comfort. Once relocated, everything else was great. The villa was spacious, well maintained, and perfect for a group stay. The facilities were excellent, the environment felt private and relaxing, and the service throughout our stay was warm and attentive. Overall, despite the initial issue, the way it was resolved and the quality of the accommodation made it a very enjoyable stay. We would happily return.

One of the best places we have ever stayed in in Bali!!! We plan to come back later this year! Stayed in the 3 bedroom presidential villa (4 adults, 2 children). Check in was a breeze as we arrived early (11:30am) and they were able to have our room ready by 1pm. Got welcome drinks and cold towels on arrival and we went and have lunch and some drinks at the restaurant by the pool. Villa was massive, pool was amazing, living areas functional and comfortable (full kitchen was handy to make a few meals too!) bedrooms and beds amazing! Finally bathrooms were huge (baths were huge (fit two adults and two younger children easily) overall amazing villa. Food was clean and fresh (breakfast was a mix of buffet and ala carte), lunch and dinner menus were a good mix of western and Asian and liked the daily dinner specials. We felt prices were also reasonable for a 5 star accommodation (we had just come from Nusa Dua and found the prices lower and quality of food higher than the hotel/resort restaurants there!). Spa was great our massages were awesome. Kids club while small was great and our kids loved popping in and out and did a few activities. Main pool was also fun and something a little different from the villa pool. Finally staff were the highlight, they will do anything for you at a drop of a hat and are so friendly and warm and nice. Shout out to Kris! She was amazing but also Kiwi and Kuta! There were two other restaurant staff that I didn't get their names but they were fantastic too! Even the security guards were so friendly! Was easy to get into the main centre via the shuttle but also staff would golf buggy you down to the local shops too! Honestly I cannot fault this place, thought the price of the villa, the food, the massage the staff and the overall stay was well worth it and I reckon would be more expensive at other Accor locations / other resorts! Well done Peppers Seminyak, we will be back!

Amazing time. The staff are fantastic and the villa was glorious and very spacious. The food was excellent too. Highly recommended.

My family of 7 stayed at Peppers for 8 days and I cannot recommend this gorgeous resort enough. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our 3 bedroom villa was the perfect size for a big family. A special thank you to Astini and the lovely ladies that served us breakfast everyday. We will miss their smiling faces and passionfruit margaritas 🍹. I would 10000% recommend Peppers Resort if you are staying in Seminyak Bali.
