We had the most wonderful experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Nusa Dua, Bali for our wedding in June. From the very beginning, our organiser Ditta was incredibly informative, kind, and professional. She guided us through the entire planning process with ease and worked closely with her team to ensure everything ran smoothly — and it truly did. We stayed at the garden villa, which was absolutely massive and stunning — the perfect setting for such a special occasion. Every detail was taken care of with care and precision. Both my wife and I are genuinely grateful to Ditta for her time, dedication, and warm support throughout. She was always available, incredibly responsive, and made us feel so well looked after. Our wedding day turned out to be everything we had hoped for — and more. Highly appreciative and would recommend The Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua to any couple looking for a truly memorable wedding experience.

Our stay in the two-bedroom penthouse with a private pool for two nights was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff's hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. We loved the spaciousness of our unit and waking up to the stunning ocean views. The facilities were top-notch; we particularly enjoyed the relaxing spa, well-equipped gym, and unique aerial yoga experience. Plus, the breakfast selection was absolutely delicious! We had dinner at the Beach Grill, and it was delicious!

My most recent breakfast experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, was nothing short of unforgettable, courtesy entirely of the superb service of Angga. No sooner had I sat down than Angga was not only attentive but also remarkably caring, making me feel genuinely special and acknowledged. He did far more than great service by tailoring my visit to a level. I've never known before. It wasn't an order of just ordering. My breakfast experience was specially tailored to me. His warmth and sincere concern were evident in every interaction. I have been traveling extensively and can honestly say that I have never been better treated. Angga is a perfect embodiment of the ethos of hospitality, and thanks to him, I will definitely return to The Ritz-Carlton, Bali.

The whole experience was fantastic! We stayed as a family of 4 for 5 nights. We were celebrating our 40th birthdays and the Ritz Carlton made it so special! The facilities are amazing. We spent lots of time at the spa and wellness Center. The kids loved the kids club. Speaking of kids, the hotel is very kid friendly. Good kids club, for breakfast buffet kids ate for free with an adult and for separate meals there is a very good kids set menu for 150k IDR. If you are lucky enough to get a lagoon access room then you'll love it. Feels really private and is shaded for family friendly use. The service is also impeccable. Could not fault it at all. Special call out to Sani who checked us in and helped us make the most of our stay. Also special mention to Ayu who runs the the fantastic breakfast. She made each breakfast special for my wife. Equally the man who ran the Balinese cooking class at bejana restaurant was fantastic too!
