Our stay was exceptional, thanks to the beautiful surroundings and truly outstanding service. The resort's blend of Balinese design and modern sophistication created a peaceful and elegant atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Our accommodation was the perfect sanctuary for our family. While the resort is stunning, it was the staff who made our experience unforgettable. Their commitment to guest happiness is evident and we wanted to extend our sincere gratitude to several individuals who made our stay so memorable Executive Sous Chef Kojong: A culinary highlight of our visit. Each dish he prepared was a testament to his incredible skill and passion for food. Mira: Her warmth and professionalism at the front desk made us feel welcome right away. She was always happy to assist, making everything effortless. The kindness she showed our daughter was especially touching. Elvira: Her big smile and friendly, attentive service at Senses made every visit there relaxing and enjoyable. Suli: Thanks to her, our meals at The Grill and Bejana were fantastic. Her great service, menu knowledge, and charming personality made each dinner a delight. This is more than a resort, it's an experience that captivates and rejuvenates. We left feeling completely refreshed and are already looking forward to our return. We wholeheartedly recommend this magnificent resort. We had a wonderful stay at Rizt Carlton Resort Nusa Dua! Special shoutout to staff Jojo and Mario for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. They made my birthday celebration unforgettable with a beautiful bouquet, cake, and song. The dinner at The Grill was amazing, thanks to Chef Adi's impressive culinary skills. Breakfast was also excellent, with great coffee. The resort's atmosphere and lush greenery made us feel right at home. My son had a blast at the kids' club. We'll definitely return to this lovely resort on our next trip ! I had a great experience staying at Ritz-Carlton Bali last month for my friend's wedding. The check-in process was smooth, getting around the hotel was easy by walk or by the boogie cars, and there are many facilities we can enjoy here. The breakfast is great too, especially with the view at Bejana Restaurant! Would love to go back again

The moment you arrive, you are greeted by spectacular views of the sea. As you step forward you see the expansive property covered in lush greenery. We got upgraded to the Suite and it was a beautiful room. Amenities are well maintained, gym and spa are wonderful. But all that paled in comparison to dinner at Berjana restaurant run by the amazing Chef Kojong. There are plenty of nasi goreng options in Bali but Kojong’s is simply perfect. The smoky flavour coating each perfectly cooked grain. Combined with the 3 sambal options, we couldn’t ask for more.
