I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bali. The resort is stunning with beautiful gardens, direct beach access, and amazing ocean views. My suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, complete with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always helpful, making me feel truly welcome. The breakfast by the ocean was one of my favorite moments, and the spa experience was so relaxing. Everything felt luxurious yet very peaceful. This is a perfect place for a holiday, whether with family or as a couple. I would love to come back again soon!

This is our second stay in Ritz Carlton. We had a wedding to attend to nearby. This was a significant improvement from our last stay 1 year ago. All the issues we had last year were fixed. The beach chairs were available as opposed to completely occupied. The hotel was about 80% full. We were upgraded based on our Platinum status and STARS reservation. The Ritz Carlton Suite is much better than the junior suite. The housekeeping was also much improved and the cleanliness was better. Make sure you make a reservation at hydropool if you want to use it, we couldn't use it because it was booked before our spa appointment. The spa facilities are also fantastic. I love the cold plunge. The service is fantastic here. Yurika and Dion were so nice at check in and made our anniversary very special. Thank you!

It was a pathetic experience coming at The Ritz Bali I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Ritz-Carlton Bali has been nothing short of shocking – and far below the standards one would expect from a brand of this reputation. 1. Reservation Experience From the very beginning, the service was condescending. When I called to make a reservation, the staff on the line was extremely rude. Instead of welcoming us, they made belittling remarks such as, “Is this your first time booking our hotel?” and spoke in a tone that implied we could not afford to stay there. That kind of arrogance is completely unacceptable for any hospitality brand – let alone the Ritz-Carlton. 2. Privacy Violated in Our Room What followed during our stay was even worse. While we were out of the room, someone from the hotel’s training department entered our room without our permission. This is a blatant violation of privacy and safety. Shockingly, when we raised this issue with management, instead of apologizing, they justified his actions and told us he was “not wrong.” This response was outrageous – no guest should ever feel unsafe or have their privacy compromised in a five-star property. 3. Management’s Response The lack of accountability was the most disappointing part. A true luxury hotel should treat guest concerns with seriousness, empathy, and immediate corrective action. Instead, the management’s defensive and dismissive attitude only amplified the insult. Final Thoughts The Ritz-Carlton brand is supposed to stand for world-class service, dignity, and trust. Sadly, this property failed on all counts – respect, privacy, and professionalism. Our entire experience was tainted with arrogance, rudeness, and a complete disregard for guest well-being. If you are considering staying here, please think twice. For the premium price, you do not get premium treatment – you get disrespect, unsafe practices, and excuses. Ritz-Carlton Bali needs a serious overhaul in training, leadership, and culture if it wants to live up to the name it carries.

We, me and my wife, stayed here from 1 sept till 6 sept. Only good things to say. The staff, and our host Ari, are doing everything to make your visit unforgettable. We had room 3515 and it’s a perfect location in the resort! Close to all the facilities.

Fabulous experience at the Ritz Bali with a fantastic service and a team that was very helpful and attentive to the guests ! Thank you for making our vacation amazing. Special mention to the kids club team for looking after our little girl. Food and service was great as well.
